Amazon.com is cool, but they irked me today by canceling my Prime membership and forcing me to re-instate it...all due to THEIR mistake AND their delay. Not too happy with them at the moment (and I let them know on their survey that THEY asked for, hehe).  Still, it's a good company and I'll continue to order a ton of stuff from them.
